What to Expect
Each Archery York session begins with a comprehensive safety briefing, where you’ll learn the fundamentals of archery, including proper shooting techniques. This is crucial for ensuring everyone’s safety and maximising the fun. Our sessions last for one hour and start promptly at 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, or 2:00 PM. To ensure you get the most out of your experience, we recommend arriving 15 to 30 minutes early.
Archery Games and Competitions
Once you’ve gotten the hang of the basics, our sessions ramp up the excitement with various archery games and competitions. You’ll be challenged to hit targets at different distances and participate in fast-paced games designed to test your skills. These competitions are not just about hitting the bullseye—they’re about having fun and enjoying the camaraderie of group activities.

- Minimum Group Size: We welcome groups of 4 or more, but if you have fewer participants, please contact us at 01757 289322 to discuss booking options.
- Spectators: Friends and family not participating in the session are welcome to watch from our seating area, offering plenty of space to cheer you on.
- What to Wear: Comfort is key—please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes for safety.
