All bookings are subject to availability and some dates may not be available. In this instance alternative dates will always be offered. Try to book at least 3-4 weeks ahead.
If you cancel your booking unfortunately deposits are non refundable but a full credit can be requested for use in any future booking. If we cannot open due to adverse weather conditions, no refund is offered as this is out of our control. However a full credit will be offered for an alternative future date subject to availability.
In light of the current Corona virus outbreak, if we are required by the government to close our centre, a full credit will be held to be used for any future date. No refunds will be given.
Players must arrive on site at the specified start time on your confirmation letter. Players must be present for the safety briefing. Failure to attend the safety briefing can lead to your event being delayed or even cancelled and no refund or amendment will be offered.
Players who are or appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to play and no refund will be given.
Group organisers are fully responsible for any unpaid monies that are left outstanding on the day of the event.
Whilst we try to keep Kids Paintball events exclusive, this may not be possible at peak times.
Only paintballs supplied by the Yorkshire Paintball Centre on the day of your booking may be used. All players agree to be bound by the safety rules. Customers that are unable to comply with the safety instructions may be excluded from YPC without any refund.
