- Consider the named aromatics if you have particular scent preferences; the description does not give a full ingredient list for each brick.

What Is Included
The listed contents are seven trays of incense bricks, the Tree of Life burner and seven sample sachets. A tea-light is not listed among these contents.
Setup and Correct Use
Place an incense brick on the burner’s copper plate and light a 12 g (0.42 oz) tea-light below it. The description says the bricks release aroma through heating rather than disintegrating. Use the burner and candle in accordance with their instructions.
Plan a Reading or Meditation Session
The set is described as an accompaniment to activities including meditation, yoga, reading and self-reflection. If using it for one of these, choose a brick and set up the included burner before beginning. Allow for the stated 3.5-hour burn time when planning the session.

Confirm the brick quantity, check whether a tea-light is included, and make sure you have a 12 g (0.42 oz) candle for the stated setup. Follow the burner and candle instructions when using the set.
