What to Compare Before Buying
- Set contents: This set includes 2 blocks and 2 straps. Compare that with whether you want a pair of blocks, a complete starter set or a different quantity.
- Block size: The blocks measure 23 x 15 x 7.6 cm. Check that size against the grip, reach and support you want during stretching or floor work.
- Strap length: The straps measure 183 x 3.8 cm. Compare the length with the stretches and positions you plan to use them for.
- Surface finish: The blocks have a non-slip frosted texture. If grip matters, check whether that style suits your practice.
Compatibility, Size and Fit
The set is aimed at yoga, Pilates, stretching, fitness, gymnastics and meditation use. The main fit checks are the block dimensions, strap length and whether the set configuration matches the way you practise.
If you want more support in poses, a block set like this is often chosen for floor-based stretching and positioning work. If you need a different size or a different number of straps, compare the exact set before choosing an offer.
Before You Decide
Confirm the grey colour, the 2-block and 2-strap set configuration, and the stated block and strap measurements before choosing an offer. If those match your practice, this set gives you both blocks and straps in one package for stretching and support work.
