What to Compare Before Buying
- Mount fit: This lens is for Sony E cameras, so check that your camera uses the same mount.
- Focal length: The stated 12mm focal length gives a very wide framing, so compare it with the kind of view you want.
- Aperture: The F1.4 aperture is part of the model name, so compare this with the brightness and depth-of-field style you want from the lens.
- APS-C use: The angle-of-view claim is tied to APS-C cameras, so check that this matches your camera format and intended setup.
Before You Decide
Confirm the Sony E mount, the 12mm F1.4 specification and whether your camera is one of the named models before choosing an offer. If you are comparing different lens formats, check that this APS-C angle-of-view match is the one you need.
