Quick Summary
These SONGMICS 2-in-1 cast iron dumbbells are an adjustable dumbbell set for workout and fitness training. The set includes 8 plates in total, with 4 x 2.5 kg plates and 4 x 1.25 kg plates, so the weight can be customised for different exercises and training needs.
This is a weighted dumbbell set rather than a fixed-weight pair, so the main buying check is whether the plate combination gives you the total training weight you want. As with any adjustable set, it is worth confirming the full contents and the exact configuration before choosing an offer.
