Quick Summary
The BodyTrain 5 x 7ft Rectangular Trampoline is built for family use and offers a lively bounce, a safety enclosure, a ladder and a basketball game.
What This Product Is Used For
The BodyTrain rectangular trampoline is used for outdoor bouncing, exercise and family fun. Unlike a round trampoline, its rectangular shape is described as helping it fit into a garden that may not suit a round model, while also providing a more lively bounce from springs working at different rates. That makes it a practical choice for households looking for a trampoline that combines fun, exercise and space awareness.

Real World Performance and Day to Day Use
In day to day use, the BodyTrain trampoline combines a 5 x 7ft rectangular design with 42 galvanised and gold zinc plated 178mm Max Bounce springs, which are described as helping deliver an increased bounce for heavier users while still supporting lighter users. The jump mat is described as weather proof, anti slip, air permeable and self draining, which helps it suit regular outdoor use. The safety enclosure uses strong and flexible Terylene mesh, a zipped entrance, bolted poles, foam impact padding and a PVC sleeve for added durability.
The main worry for most buyers is whether the trampoline will suit the family and the garden space. The rectangular shape and family focused design are presented to address that, while the enclosure and padded frame help reduce concern about everyday use. The 5 year frame warranty is also mentioned in the source description and may give extra confidence.
Choose this if you want a family trampoline with a lively bounce and useful safety features.
Skip this if you need exact load ratings, detailed dimensions or a simpler setup without extra accessories.
