What to Compare Before Buying
- Size: The mat is 183 cm long and 68 cm wide, so check that it suits your practice space and preferred mat width.
- Thickness: The stated thickness is 0.4 cm, so compare it with the feel and floor contact you want from a yoga mat.
- Material: It uses natural rubber, which is a useful check if material choice matters to you.
- Carry and storage: The roll strap is part of the design, so consider whether you want an easy way to keep the mat rolled and together between sessions.
What Else You May Need
If you plan to take the mat to classes, consider how you will carry it once rolled, as the strap is for securing the mat rather than acting as a bag.
Before You Decide
Check the 183 cm x 68 cm size against your available floor space and preferred mat width. Confirm that a natural rubber yoga mat with alignment lines is the format you want, and make sure the included roll strap suits how you plan to store and carry it.
