Quick Summary
The Defedana Pilates Equipment Set is a home Pilates kit built around a Pilates ring, Pilates ball, two sliding discs and multiple bands. It brings together several pieces of Pilates and stretch equipment in one set, so the main choice is whether you want this wider kit rather than a ring-and-ball-only option.
The set includes a 36 cm Pilates ring, a 23 cm textured Pilates ball with inflator, 3 fabric resistance bands, 1 long 200 cm stretch band and 2 sliding discs.

What to Compare Before Buying
- Set contents: This kit combines a ring, ball, bands and sliding discs. Compare it with simpler sets if you only want one or two Pilates accessories.
- Ring size: The ring is 36 cm, so check whether that size matches how you want to train and store the kit.
- Band types: The set includes fabric resistance bands and a longer stretch band. Compare the band formats with the exercises you plan to do.
- Ball size: The ball is 23 cm, so confirm that size is suitable for the work you want it to support.
Who This Product May Suit
This set may suit buyers who want a mixed Pilates kit rather than a single accessory. It is also relevant if you want a ring, ball, bands and sliding discs in one package for home exercise planning.
Choosing the Correct Version
Check the exact set contents before choosing an offer, especially if you want the ring, ball, 2 sliders and both band styles together. If you only need a single Pilates accessory, a simpler version may be a better fit.
Before You Decide
Confirm the set contents match what you want: ring, ball, 2 sliding discs, 3 fabric bands and 1 long stretch band. Check the 36 cm ring and 23 cm ball sizes before you choose. If you only need part of the kit, compare this set with a simpler option.
