What to Compare Before Buying
- Set weight: This version is the 100KG set. Compare that total against the amount you want to load for your training.
- Bar size: The included bar is 6FT long. Check that this length suits your space, storage and lifting area.
- Plate compatibility: The plates have a 2 inch / 50 mm hole, so the bar and any other equipment need the same Olympic sizing.
- Plate handling: The tri-grip design is part of the plate format, which matters if you want easier handling between exercises.
- Grip on the bar: The bar is described with a knurled grip, so compare that style with your preference for hold and feel.
Compatibility, Size and Fit
The plates are described as fitting Olympic 2 inch barbells, EZ curl bars and gym machines. The 2 inch / 50 mm hole is the main fit check, so the equipment you already own should match that sizing.
The barbell is part of a 6FT set, so the overall setup needs enough room for use and storage. If your training area is tight, check the length before choosing this version.
Before You Decide
Confirm that you want the 100KG set with the 6FT bar, not one of the other named set sizes. Check that your equipment uses the same 2 inch / 50 mm Olympic sizing, and make sure the bar length suits your available space. If you are comparing offers, check the exact set contents before choosing one.
