Quick Summary
The HomHou Portable Air Conditioner Fan is a portable evaporative air cooler for home use and other personal spaces. It uses a 500ml water tank, can be filled with water and ice cubes, and offers 3 adjustable wind speeds for targeted spot cooling.
It also includes 7 built-in colour lights that cycle automatically, plus a washable filter and USB charging cable. The unit is described as lightweight and compact, so it is set up for desk, bedroom, office, car and similar close-range use rather than whole-room cooling.
Who It Is Best For
This cooler is aimed at buyers who want personal cooling near a desk, bed, work area or in a car. It suits situations where USB power is available and where a compact unit with a small water tank is more useful than a larger air conditioner.
It is also worth considering if you want a unit with lighting effects for bedtime or relaxed use, and if you are happy to keep it close by for the stated best results.

Also check that USB power is available where you plan to use it, and remember that the 500ml tank will need refilling when used for longer periods.
Pros: The compact USB design and 500ml tank make it straightforward for close-range personal cooling.
