What to Compare Before Buying
- Pan diameter: The basket is stated to fit pans from 14 cm to 24 cm. Compare that with the saucepan you plan to use.
- Basket style: It uses a fold-out perforated basket on legs. Check that this layout suits the way you cook and the depth of your pan.
- Material: It is stainless steel. Compare that with your preference for cleaning, storage and kitchenware finish.
- Included lifting ring: The ring is part of the design, so confirm you want a steamer that can be lifted out this way.
Before You Decide
Confirm the pan diameter first, because the fit range is the main deciding factor here. Also check that you want a basket steamer on legs rather than a different steaming insert, and that the gift-boxed format suits your purchase.
