- Female HDMI to Male DVI Adapter Bi-Directional – The 1 foot (0.3 m) HDMI to DVI cable is made for bidirectional signal transfer. This means it supports signal from HDMI to DVI as well as DVI to HDMI. The adapter can be primarily used to turn a DVI-D Dual Link or DVI-I Dual Link port into an HDMI port.
- Important: The HDMI connector is Female and the DVI-D (Dual Link) connector is Male. It is also important to note that the bidirectional Female HDMI to Male DVI cables only transmit video signals, not audio signals. A separate audio cable or adapter may be required for audio output.
