The wrist support is used by placing it with a mouse so your wrist rests on the raised section. Two use positions are described. You can place the raised part in front of the wrist to increase wrist height, or behind the wrist to increase the height of the whole arm.
The silicone material is washable, so it can be cleaned after long-term use. The product should not be pulled or pushed hard, as this may cause it to deform.
