What to Compare Before Buying
- Size: The mat measures 183 x 61 cm. Compare that footprint with the space you have for stretching and floor work.
- Thickness: At 6 mm, it sits between cushioning and stability. Choose this style if you want some padding without a very soft feel.
- Surface grip: The mat has textured surfaces for traction on smooth floors. Check whether that suits the floor type you plan to use it on.
- Portability: A carry strap is included, so consider whether you want a mat that rolls up for transport and storage.
Care, Cleaning and Storage
The surface is described as sweat-resistant and wipe-clean with a damp cloth. That makes after-workout cleaning straightforward and helps the mat stay ready for regular use.
When not in use, rolling the mat and using the carry strap should make it easier to store neatly between sessions.
Before You Decide
Check that you want a 183 x 61 cm mat with 6 mm thickness and a non-slip textured surface. Confirm the TPE material, carry strap and floor-space requirements suit how and where you plan to use it.
