Quick Summary
The RIO Products Trout Versileader is a pre-tied fly fishing leader with a loop for easy rigging. It is 7 ft long, rated at 12 lb, and comes in a fast sink version. The colour-coded design is intended to help with quick sink-rate adjustment when used at the end of typical floating trout lines and Scandi shooting heads #4 and lighter.
This is a trout fly leader for anglers who want a leader that loops on quickly rather than changing fly lines. The main checks are the sink rate, leader length and whether it matches the line setup you plan to use.
