Why Buyers Choose It
- Motion sensor opening means you can use the bin without touching the lid.
- The ultra-thin size helps it fit into tighter spaces.
- The removable lid and detachable bucket ring make it easier to fit and secure a bin liner.
- Silent opening and closing may be preferable in shared rooms.
How It Works
The lid opens automatically when the infrared sensor detects movement. After no movement is detected for 5 seconds, the lid closes again. If you need to keep the bin open for longer, the up button can be pressed manually.
The lid is removable, which makes it easier to place or remove the rubbish bag. The detachable bucket ring is designed to hold the bag in place.
Real World Use
This bin is shaped for small spaces, so it is useful where floor area is limited. The stated waterproof and moisture-proof design makes it relevant to wet or splashing environments such as bathrooms. The non-slip bottom is another practical detail for everyday placement.
What To Know Before You Buy
Check the 10L size and the stated dimensions before ordering, especially if you are buying for a narrow space. The bin uses 2 AA batteries, so those need to be available separately. If you want the included bags to suit your routine, factor in the 50-piece bag supply when comparing options.
