Key Details

What to Compare Before Buying

• Fit and position: The bike offers upright and recumbent positions, plus seat and handlebar height adjustment. Compare those settings with your preferred riding position and available reach.
• Space for storage: The folded size is 53.5 x 48 x 135 cm. Check the space where you plan to keep it when not in use.
• Training display and app use: The LCD shows time, speed, distance, calories and pulse, and the bike connects by Bluetooth to Zwift or Kinomap. Compare that with the way you like to track sessions.
• Resistance range: The bike has 8 magnetic resistance levels. Compare that range with the level of challenge you want from a home cardio machine.
• Included setup features: Resistance bands, a phone holder, pedal straps and transport wheels are part of the package. Check whether those features matter for your intended use.

Who This Product May Suit

This folding exercise bike may suit buyers who want a home cardio machine with both upright and recumbent positions, plus app connectivity and a compact stored footprint. The stated height range of 140-190 cm and the adjustable seat and handlebars make fit an important check before choosing.

When to Consider a Different Option

Consider another option if you need a different riding position, a larger or smaller fit range, or a non-folding frame. A different choice may also make more sense if you do not need Bluetooth app use or the included resistance bands.

Compatibility, Size and Fit

The bike is set up for users 140-190 cm tall, with seat height adjustment from 76-80 cm and handlebar height adjustment from 94-105 cm. Those figures are the main fit checks for this model. The folded size is 53.5 x 48 x 135 cm, so storage space is another key measurement to compare before choosing.

How It Works

The bike uses magnetic resistance with 8 levels, so the resistance can be adjusted during use. The LCD provides session data including time, speed, distance, calories and pulse, while Bluetooth app pairing adds Zwift and Kinomap compatibility for interactive riding.

Setup and Correct Use

The bike is partially pre-assembled and is stated to take about 30 minutes to set up fully. It is designed for home use and folds down for storage. Before first use, check the seat height, handlebar height and pedal straps so the riding position matches the intended rider.

Using It in Practice

The resistance bands add upper-body work alongside the bike session, while the phone holder keeps a device in view during app-based rides. The transport wheels also make it easier to move the bike between storage and a training area.

Care, Cleaning and Storage

The folding frame and transport wheels make storage an important part of ownership. When the bike is not in use, fold it to the stated size and keep it in a space that suits its height and footprint. Wipe the bike down after use as part of routine home exercise equipment care.

Before You Decide

Check the rider height range, the seat and handlebar adjustment figures, and the folded size before choosing this bike. If Bluetooth app use, resistance bands and a folding frame are useful to you, this model brings those features together in one home exercise bike.
