Quick Summary
The HAPBEAR Exercise Ball Set combines an exercise ball with 3 resistance bands and a quick pump. The ball is listed as 68-75 cm, and the description also refers to a 75 cm size, so the exact size should be checked before buying. It is presented as an all-in-one home exercise kit for ball-based training and band work.
The ball is described with slow-deflation protection and a textured non-slip surface. The included bands are given as Light, Medium and Heavy, which gives a choice of resistance levels for different exercises. The kit also includes spare plugs, tape and a guide.

What to Compare Before Buying
- Ball size: The listed size appears in two ways, so check the exact diameter you need before choosing an offer.
- Resistance level: The set includes Light, Medium and Heavy bands, so compare the band mix with the exercises you plan to do.
- Included items: Confirm that the pump, spare plugs, tape and guide are part of the exact kit you want.
- Space: An exercise ball needs enough room for movement and storage, especially if you plan to use the bands as well.
Compatibility, Size and Fit
The product is described as suitable for 170 cm+ tall users and as a 75 cm size in one part of the description. Because the size appears in more than one form, the ball diameter should be checked against the user’s height, exercise space and intended use before purchase.
What Else You May Need
The kit includes a quick pump, so the main extra check is whether the ball size and resistance levels match the type of training you want to do. If the product will be used as a chair replacement or for structured exercise, measure the available floor space first.
Using It in Practice
The set is set up for a simple home routine: inflate the ball, choose the band resistance that suits the exercise, and keep the spare plugs and tape with the kit for future use. The bands make it easier to switch between ball-based movement and resistance work without changing equipment.
Before You Decide
Confirm the exact ball size before choosing an offer, because the size is described in more than one way. Check that the included bands, pump, spare plugs, tape and guide match the kit you want. If height matters for your use, compare the stated 170 cm+ guidance with your own needs.
A Simple Home Training Setup
A practical way to use this kit is to keep the ball inflated in one area of the room and store the bands, plugs and pump together in a small bag or box. That keeps the kit ready for stretching, core work or band exercises without needing separate equipment each time.
