Quick Summary
The HOMCOM 2-in-1 Punching Bag Stand is a freestanding boxing station with a height-adjustable platform for use with a speed bag or punchbag. The product title identifies it as a black home or gym stand, and the description states that the punchbag is not included.
It is intended to support either speed bag work or punchbag training, so the main checks before buying are the height range, the stated capacity and whether you already have the compatible bag setup you want to use.
