Quick Summary
The Lions Punching Speed Ball is a freestanding boxing punch bag with a stand and an adjustable height range from 49 inches to 63 inches. It is presented as a training product for boxing practice and related striking drills, with a solid EVA foam punching ball and a base that can be filled with water or sand.
The freestanding format is useful if you want a standing punch bag rather than a wall-mounted or hanging setup. The main checks are the height range, the stability of the filled base and whether the included fittings suit the setup you want.

What to Compare Before Buying
- Height adjustment: The stated range is 49 inches to 63 inches. Compare that with the height you want for your training drills.
- Base stability: The base is designed to be filled with water or sand. Check whether you have a suitable filling option and enough space for the stand.
- Training format: This is a freestanding punch bag. Compare that with a hanging bag if you need a different setup.
- Included contents: The product is sent in two boxes and the base and bag arrive separately, so make sure you are happy with that format before choosing.
Before You Decide
Confirm the 49 inches to 63 inches height range suits your training setup, and check that a freestanding bag is the right format for your space. The filled base is important to stability, so plan for either water or sand filling before use. If you need a hanging bag or a different height range, choose another option.
