- Included setup: The drawstring and resistance bands are part of the named configuration, so confirm the selected offer matches what you want.
- Surface contact: The underside uses soft silicone non-slip sheets, so consider whether you need a stable, flat surface for exercise.
Using It in Practice
This board is described for home, office and outdoor flat-ground use. Its compact size suggests it is the kind of fitness accessory that can be moved between spaces more easily than larger exercise equipment, provided the floor surface is suitable.
The massage foot sole feature and twist-board format make it a product to compare carefully if you want both exercise movement and foot-contact comfort from the same item.
Before You Decide
Confirm the 27.5 cm size, the 120 kg load limit and the exact included configuration before choosing an offer. If the massage foot sole and resistance bands are important to you, check that they are part of the version you want. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and keep the product on a flat surface during use.
