What Else You May Need
You will need a compatible punching bag or speed bag for the stand to be used as intended. If you are setting it up in a home gym, also check that the floor space suits a freestanding rack with a stable base.
Before You Decide
Confirm the height range, the 140 lbs bag limit and the exact contents before choosing an offer. Make sure you already have the punching bag or speed bag you want to use, and check that the floor space suits a freestanding stand.
