What to Compare Before Buying
- Size: The dome measures 15 cm across and 7 cm high, so compare that with the space available and the type of training you want to do.
- Surface grip: The cork surface is described as non-slip. Check whether that is the finish you want for your balance work.
- Product format: This is a hemisphere balance dome, so make sure that is the shape you need rather than a full balance board.
- Intended use: The product is linked with yoga, fitness, rehabilitation, physiotherapy and board sports. Compare that with your planned activity.
Before You Decide
Confirm the 15 cm x 7 cm size and the hemisphere format before choosing an offer. If you need a larger board, a different balance product would be a better fit. The non-slip cork finish and solid cork construction are the main practical points to check against your setup.
