What to Compare Before Buying
Check that the 70 mm lock width suits the intended tyre and frame setup. The description does not give a tyre-width range, so do not treat “extra wide” as a specific fit measurement.
Compatibility, Size and Fit
Check whether the bicycle has a Pletscher plate or seat tube struts suitable for one of the stated mounting options. The listed mounting options do not establish fit with every bicycle.
Before You Decide
Confirm the mounting point on your bicycle and check the lock width against your tyre setup. The chain is 1,000 mm long and has a 5.5 x 5.5 mm square profile.
