- ⏰ READY IN JUST 2 MINUTES: 1 Open sachet along the tear line and tip oats into a microwaveable bowl. 2. Pour your milk of choice into the sachet up to line. 3. Add the milk into your bowl of oats and stir. 4 Pop bowl in the microwave for 1 minute on full power. 5. Give it a stir & pop back into microwave for 1 more minute. 6.
