Quick Summary
The OPTP Pro-Roller is a 36" x 4" soft density foam roller for massage, stretching, fitness, yoga and Pilates exercise. The product is a blue slim foam roller with a 4 inch diameter, and the long format gives you more rolling surface than a shorter roller of the same type.
It is described as a soft foam roller made from closed-cell EVA foam and is presented as easy to wipe clean. That makes the finish, size and density the main points to compare if you are choosing between foam rollers for exercise or self-massage.
