- Travel format: This is a multi-piece rod, so check that the packed format suits the way you carry and store tackle.
- Length: At 2.40 m, it sits in a useful middle ground for inshore lure fishing, but the right length still depends on your casting space and boat or shore setup.

- Target species: It is described for seabass, pollock, coalfish and larger species such as halibut, so compare that with the fish you expect to target.
Who This Product May Suit
This rod may suit anglers who want a travel-friendly spinning rod for saltwater inshore fishing and lure work. It is also relevant if you want a 2.40 m rod with a 15-40 g lure range and a fast-action setup for predators and other sea species mentioned above.
When to Consider a Different Option
Choose a different rod if you need a longer or shorter length, a different lure rating, or a non-travel one-piece format. A different option is also worth comparing if your lures sit outside the stated 15-40 g range.
What Else You May Need
You will still need the rest of your fishing setup, including a compatible reel and line chosen to suit the rod and the fishing you plan to do.
Before You Decide
Check the 2.40 m length, 15-40 g lure range and multi-piece travel format against your fishing setup before choosing this rod. If you want a saltwater inshore spinning rod with a fast-action feel and a compact pack-down, those are the key points to compare.
