Key Details

What to Compare Before Buying

• Wire diameter: This sleeve is stated for 1/8 in (2.5 mm) wire rope. Match that measurement to your cable before ordering.
• Pack quantity: The pack contains 60 pieces, so check whether that suits a one-off repair or a larger job.
• Finished loop size: The sleeve dimensions affect the finished connection, so compare the stated measurements with the rope end you plan to crimp.
• Tooling: The sleeve is intended to be crimped with a vice, pliers or a compression tool, so confirm you have the right tool for your setup.

What Else You May Need

You will need compatible wire rope and a suitable crimping tool such as a vice, pliers or a compression tool. The sleeve is only one part of the connection.

Before You Decide

Check the 1/8 in (2.5 mm) wire size, the 60-piece quantity and the sleeve dimensions before choosing an offer. If your cable size is different, look for a matching sleeve rather than forcing the fit. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the rope and tool you are using.
