What to Compare Before Buying
- Reel size: The stated 79 mm diameter is the main size check. Compare it with the space on your rod and reel setup.
- Weight: At 122 g, the reel set has a defined carry weight. Check whether that suits the balance you want on the rod.
- Line setup: This set includes a WF-5F fly line, backing line and taper leader. Make sure this is the line arrangement you want for your fishing setup.
- Material: The reel uses ABS material, so buyers who want a different material should compare alternatives before choosing.
Before You Decide
Confirm the GLA 5/6 variant, the 79 mm size and the included line components before choosing an offer. The reel set is built around freshwater fly fishing use, so it is best matched to buyers who want a complete line setup rather than just the reel body.
