- 7 COMPLETE BREAKFASTS IN EVERY PACK- CREAMY ORIGINAL FLAVOUR AT 211 KCAL: Each Creamy Original Adday Porridge sachet delivers 211 kcal, 20g of protein, 5.6g of dietary fibre, and 26 vitamins and minerals. Seven warm, calorie-controlled, nutritionally complete breakfasts made with 38% real rolled oats- ready in under three minutes.
- NHS-FORMULATED BY AYMES- CLINICAL NUTRITION IN A WARM BREAKFAST FORMAT: Adday is formulated and supplied by AYMES, who deliver 22 million servings per year to NHS weight management programmes including the Type 2 Diabetes Remission programme. The same professional-grade total diet replacement formulation- available here in a warm, comforting format that shakes and bars cannot replicate.
- 20G OF SOYA PROTEIN KEEPS YOU FULLER THROUGH THE MORNING: Each 211 kcal serving delivers 20g of complete soya protein- a plant-based protein source covering all essential amino acids. Starting a structured diet day with 20g of protein at breakfast significantly reduces mid-morning hunger and helps manage total daily calorie intake more comfortably.
- 26 VITAMINS AND MINERALS- 100% DAILY NUTRITION AS DIRECTED: Four Adday servings per day from any combination of Porridges, Shakes, Soups, and Bars provides 100% of daily requirements for all essential nutrients- Vitamin D, B12, Iron, Calcium, Zinc, Folic Acid, and Selenium. Nutritionally complete even when total daily energy intake is restricted.
- 38% REAL ROLLED OATS- GENUINE TEXTURE, NATURAL FIBRE: Rolled oats make up 38% of every sachet by weight, providing real oat texture, natural fibre, and the satisfying consistency of proper porridge. This is not a powder that reconstitutes to a smooth paste- it is genuine porridge that fills you up in the way that oats are known to do.
- CLEAN, NEUTRAL ORIGINAL FLAVOUR – VERSATILE ENOUGH FOR ANY TIME OF DAY: The Creamy Original is the most versatile flavour in the Adday Porridge range. Its clean, classic oat flavour works equally well at breakfast, lunchtime, or in the evening – making it the most flexible option for building a varied four-serving daily plan across the week.
- MICROWAVE READY IN UNDER THREE MINUTES – ZERO COOKING SKILL REQUIRED: Add the sachet to a microwave-safe bowl, add 150ml of water, stir until mostly dissolved, and microwave for two minutes. Stir and cool before eating. Add more water for a thinner consistency. A complete, warm meal from powder to bowl in under three minutes.
- CERTIFIED VEGETARIAN, HALAL AND KOSHER – NO ARTIFICIAL COLOURS: Three major dietary certifications across all Adday Porridge flavours. No artificial colours in any flavour. Contains oat gluten and soya. Formulated to support a wide range of dietary requirements without sacrificing the nutritional completeness that makes total diet replacement effective.
- COMBINE WITH ADDAY SHAKES, SOUPS AND BARS FOR A COMPLETE FOUR-SERVING DAILY PLAN: The recommended intake is four Adday servings per day from any combination in the range. Pairing Porridge with Shakes, Soups, and Bars throughout the week creates a varied plan with both hot and cold meal options across the day.
- FOR HEALTHY ADULTS SEEKING STRUCTURED WEIGHT REDUCTION: Intended for healthy overweight or obese adults. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, adolescents, or those with underlying health conditions without professional guidance. Do not use for more than three consecutive weeks without healthcare professional advice. Maintain adequate fluid intake.
