Kids Laser Tag
Kids Laser Tag or Laser Quest as it is sometimes called uses guns that fire a high powered, harmless infra red bean of light at the opposition. The beam (Or shot) is picked up by a receiver on the oppositions gun and registeres a shot. Laser Tag is very popular with younger children and can be played from school year 1.
Price – £120 for up to 12 players. Then £9 for each additional player.
Kids Laser Tag Timings
Kids Laser Tag sessions start at either 10am, 12pm or 2pm and last for 1 hr. Each player is kitted out with a coloured team bib and a trusty laser gun. Then it’s off to the briefing room for full instructions and team selection before you are taken to the purpose built game zone. Mums and dads can join in or watch from the side.
How Kids Laser Tag works
You will play 3 team games and an “every player for themselves” game. The Kids Laser Tag guns keep control of the game. The gun itself logs how many times you are hit and how many times you hit other players. Players have unlimited ammo, but need to reload after every 10 shots.
When a player has been shot 5 times, the kids laser Tag gun automatically shuts down for 15 seconds. After 15 seconds, the gun re energises and you can continue to shoot. At the end of the game, your gun data is downloaded into a PC tablet and team scores are calculated. The system also works out who the most valuable player (MVP) was in that game.
Fresh air and fun
Kids Laser Tag parties are a great way to get kids off the computer and outside into the fresh air. But it’s not just for kids. We find that lots of parents like to join in and the kids think it’s incredible to be able to play a game on equal terms with their mum or dad. Refreshments are available all day and for only £3.50 food can be added to your event for an after laser birthday party which is in a themed party room. Letting us sort out the food means that parents can relax and even play themselves.
We play Kids Laser Tag all year round. Please ensure that all participants arrive at the designated time, due to the nature of the game, all participants will have a safety briefing, it can disrupt the event if players turn up late, so please arrive in good time.
