- Adapter shape and length: Check the stated adapter lengths against the fill access space you have available.
- Vehicle compatibility: Confirm the set matches the specific make and transmission variant you are working on, rather than relying on the brand names alone.
- Intended use: This is a filling adapter set, so it is relevant when the fill connection needs an adapter for transmission fluid work.
Compatibility, Size and Fit
This set is listed for VW, Audi and Mercedes-Benz applications and for the stated transmission references. The important check is the exact transmission variant, because the fit depends on the fill connection used on the vehicle.
The adapter lengths are also worth checking if space around the transmission fill point is tight. A buyer should compare the adapter length with the available access space and the vehicle’s connection type before ordering.
Before You Decide
Confirm the exact transmission reference on your vehicle, then compare it with the adapter set’s listed 09G, 01J, 722.9, CVT and DSG references. Also check the adapter length that matters for your access space, and make sure the selected offer matches the filling connection you need.
