Quick Summary
The MFH MOLLE IFAK Small First Aid Pouch is a black first aid pouch with a MOLLE-style backing system, front flap and carry handle. It is a compact pouch for organising first aid contents, with the contents not included.
For buyers choosing between offers, the main checks are the pouch size, the attachment method and whether the empty pouch is the format you need.
What to Compare Before Buying
- Size: This is the small version, so compare the pouch size against the space you have and the amount you want to carry.
- Attachment: It uses a removable MOLLE backing plate with Velcro, plus 2 D-rings and 2 MOLLE attachment loops with press stud at the back. Check that this matches your carrying setup.
- Contents: The pouch is supplied empty, so factor in the items you plan to pack inside.
- Access: The front flap has a Velcro fastener and there are 2 side zips, which affects how you open and organise the pouch.
What Is Included
- 1 MFH first aid pouch
- Carry handle
- Removable MOLLE backing plate
First aid contents are not included.
Before You Decide
Confirm that you want the small black version, and check that the empty pouch format suits the first aid items you plan to carry. Also make sure the MOLLE backing and fastening arrangement matches your bag, vest or other carrying setup.
