This is a combined set with two different training items, so check that the 12kg kettlebell and the 2 x 5kg dumbbells match the weights you want before ordering. The kettlebell is cast iron with a painted surface, and the dumbbells are neoprene-coated with a hexagonal shape.
Review the full weight breakdown carefully if you are choosing equipment for a specific routine, since the set contains one kettlebell and two dumbbells rather than a single matching pair.
