What To Know Before You Buy
The RF mount means it is intended for the Canon EOS R system. Its fixed 50mm focal length gives a classic view, but it does not offer zoom flexibility. The lens is described as compact and lightweight, which makes it easy to carry, and the bright f1.8 aperture is useful when you want a shallower depth of field or more confidence in lower light.
Pros: Compact and lightweight, with a bright aperture and smooth STM autofocus.
Cons: Fixed focal length means you need to move to frame your shot.
