What to Compare Before Buying
- Length: This version is 5 metres long. Compare it with the amount of lead space you want while walking.
- Dog size listing: It is described for small, medium and large dogs. Check that this matches your dog and the way you plan to use the lead.
- Attachment point: The lead clips to a collar or harness ring with a metal buckle. Confirm that your dog’s equipment has a suitable ring.
- Handle feel: The handle is described as ergonomic and non-slip. If grip matters to you, this is one of the main comfort checks.
When to Consider a Different Option
A different lead length should be considered if 5 metres is not the right reach for your walks or training routine. If you do not want a retractable lead, or if you need a different attachment setup, compare another style before choosing.
Before You Decide
Confirm the 5 metre black version before choosing an offer. Check that the collar or harness ring on your dog is suitable for the metal buckle attachment. If lead length is important, compare the 3, 5 and 8 metre options before deciding.
