What to Compare Before Buying
- Size: This is Size 3, so compare it with the dog’s measurements and the intended fit.
- Control style: It is designed to guide the dog’s direction on the lead, which matters if you want a headcollar rather than a standard collar.
- Comfort features: The padded nose band and lightweight build are important if the dog will wear it for regular lead walks.
- Visibility: The reflective accents may matter if you walk in lower light.
- Use with a collar: The safety link attaches to the dog’s collar, so check that you are happy with that setup.
What Else You May Need
A dog collar is needed for the safety link to attach to. The matching double clip training lead is mentioned as a companion item if you want the full training setup.
Before You Decide
Confirm that Size 3 is the right fit for your dog, and check whether the safety link and headcollar setup suits how you plan to walk and train. If you want the full no-pull training approach, consider whether you also need the matching double clip lead.
