Quick Summary
The Kitopa freestanding punching bag is a boxing training set with a stand, a suction cup base and a pair of 12 oz boxing gloves. The bag stands at approx 70 inch/175 cm tall, so the height is a key point to check against the space and training setup you have in mind.
The set is positioned for boxing practice at home and is described as a freestanding bag with shock absorption, tear-resistant construction and fast rebound. If you want a complete bag-and-gloves setup rather than a bag on its own, the included gloves are part of the package.

Before You Decide
Check the 70 inch/175 cm height, the included 12 oz gloves and the suction cup base before choosing an offer. If you need a bag only, or a different base style, this set will not match that requirement. Follow the assembly and use instructions for the exact setup you receive.
