Who It Is Best For
This lens suits photographers who want one practical lens that can stay on the camera for most of the day. It is a good fit for DX users who value flexibility, simplicity and a stronger reach than a basic kit lens without moving to a more complex setup.
What To Know Before You Buy
It is a variable aperture zoom, so it is not the same as a faster prime lens for low light work or stronger background blur. It is intended for Nikon DX format DSLR cameras, so it is worth checking your camera compatibility before ordering.
