What to Compare Before Buying
- Dog weight: This lead is stated as suitable for dogs under 15 kg / 33 lbs. Check your dog’s weight against that limit.
- Length: The lead extends to 5 m / 16 ft. Compare that with the walking space you want between you and your dog.
- Control style: The brake, pause and lock setup is intended for one-handed use. Consider whether that suits the way you handle a lead.
- Tape material: The lead uses nylon tape, so buyers who prefer this style should compare it with other lead formats.
- Suitability: It is not stated as suitable for large dogs over 15 kg / 33 lbs, so a larger lead should be considered if that applies.
What Else You May Need
A suitable collar or harness for your dog is needed, along with a size and weight match for the lead itself.
Before You Decide
Check the dog’s weight, the 5 m / 16 ft extendable length and the black finish before choosing an offer. If your dog is over 15 kg / 33 lbs, this lead is not the right size. It is also noted as not suitable for chewing, so it should not be treated as a chew item.
