What To Know Before You Buy
It is a standard zoom lens, so it is aimed at flexible general use rather than a single specialist task. The constant f/4 aperture is a useful practical feature for keeping exposure steady as you zoom.
Pros: The zoom range is broad, the aperture stays constant at f/4, and the 9 blade circular aperture is described as helping with softly blurred backgrounds.
Cons: Check that the 125 feet close focusing figure suits your needs, as the wording is unusual and should be reviewed carefully before ordering.
