Quick Summary
The Tortec Velocity Slim is a rear bike rack pannier carrier in black for 26-700C bikes. It is described as a slim rack with a maximum load of 25 kg, and it fits up to 28C or 1.25 tyres.
For buyers comparing rear racks, the main checks here are wheel size, tyre clearance and the stated load limit. The stainless steel fittings are part of the listed specification, so it is worth confirming they suit your bike and the way you plan to use the rack.

What to Compare Before Buying
- Wheel size: Check that your bike matches the stated 26-700C fit range.
- Tyre clearance: Compare your tyre size with the stated up to 28C or 1.25 limit.
- Load limit: The rack is rated to 25 kg, so compare that with the weight you expect to carry.
- Fittings: Stainless steel fittings are listed, so confirm they suit the mounting points on your bike.
Before You Decide
Confirm the 26-700C fit range, the 25 kg load limit and the tyre clearance before choosing this rack. If your bike uses a different wheel size or wider tyres, a different rear carrier will be a better match.
