Axe throwing is one of our newest activities and is becoming increasingly popular. The Yorkshire Outdoor Activity Park located between York, Selby and Leeds is renowned for offering some of the best axe-throwing experiences in the country. We do this by offering Axe Throwing which we would like to do. We play every event ourselves, test everything and only when we know we have the best game in town, do we open things up for booking.
As well as Axe Throwing, we also offer a number of different events, some of which can be added to your Axe Throwing event. For example, how about playing Airsoft for 90 minutes then to relax, have a go at Axe Throwing. Give us a call, we can discuss lots of options.
The axe-throwing experience at the Yorkshire Outdoor Activity Park begins with a safety briefing from one of our qualified instructors. You will then be provided with your own axe and target, which you will use to hone your skills and aim for the bullseye. After a few practice throws, we go straight into the all-important competition. The person with the highest score wins.
All of our staff were trained by the UK’s very own world champion knife thrower, so we can show you not only where to stand, how to stand, and how to throw, but also how to improve your throwing skills.
We provide the perfect environment for a day of axe throwing in Yorkshire fun. Our range is cleverly designed to make you think you are out in the woods, under cover in case it rains. All of our bays are separated by steel mash to stop accidents from stray axes.
