Quick Summary
The KK Slam Ball is a rubber exercise ball available in 4 kg, 6 kg, 8 kg, 10 kg and 15 kg sizes. It is described as a no-bounce slam ball for workout, exercise and training at home or in the gym.
The key buying point here is the weight you choose. The stated range gives buyers several options for different training needs, while the no-bounce format is intended for slam-style exercise and other strength and conditioning work.
What to Compare Before Buying
- Weight: Choose from 4 kg, 6 kg, 8 kg, 10 kg or 15 kg depending on the level of resistance you want.
- Use environment: It is intended for gym or home use, so check that you have enough safe space for the exercises you plan to do.
- Surface feel: The ball is described as having a textured rubber surface, which is relevant if grip matters during training.
- Training style: This is a slam ball rather than a general medicine ball, so it is aimed at throw, lift, twist and balance movements.
Choosing the Correct Version
Confirm the weight before choosing an offer, as the product is sold in multiple sizes. If you already train with slam balls, the main comparison point is which weight best matches your current routine and space.
Before You Decide
Check the selected weight, confirm that you want a no-bounce slam ball, and make sure your training area suits the exercises you plan to perform. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use.
