Quick Summary
The Mirafit Deluxe Gym Stepper Board is a black and orange adjustable exercise step platform with a 40 cm by 40 cm footprint. It has a 5 level design with riser blocks, so the height can be set to 10 cm, 15 cm, 20 cm, 25 cm or 30 cm.
The top surface is ridged for added grip, and the board is described as being usable for step-based workouts and as an aid to increase sit up intensity.

What to Compare Before Buying
- Height range: Compare the 5 setting options with the level of step height you want for your workout.
- Floor space: The 40 cm by 40 cm footprint should suit the area where you plan to use and store it.
- Surface grip: The ridged top is a useful check if footing matters during training.
- Intended exercise: It is designed for step work and can also be used to increase sit up intensity.
How It Works
The board uses riser blocks to create different height settings. That lets you choose one of the 5 levels before starting your session, then adjust the platform again when you want a different step height.
Before You Decide
Confirm the 5 height settings and 40 cm by 40 cm size suit your training space and workout plans. If you want a simple step platform with adjustable height and a ridged top, this model matches that brief.
